Welcome to the Hopkins Royals Activities Registration and Payment Website

On this site you'll be able to complete Minnesota High School League (MSHSL) forms and pay activities/athletics registration fees. Here is a link to the MSHSL 2023-24 calendar. This includes start dates, state tournament dates, etc. By signing up to participate in a Minnesota State High School League sport or activity, you are agreeing to details of in the MSHSL Eligibility Brochure. Payments can be made with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Sports Physicals

Hopkins Schools are required to follow the Minnesota State High School League rules that require sports physicals for ALL MSHSL sanctioned sports. Hopkins also requires sports physicals for Cheer and Fall Performance Dance.

The sports physical must be dated within three years and remain current throughout their sport/activity season. Without this up-to-date clearance physical, you will not be able to register your student. Please note: Well-child exams don't always suffice for a Sports Physical. Make sure your provider knows that your son/daughter needs clearance to participate in sports. To clear a student for participation, every sports physical must have a 1) Date of Service, 2) Signature (or stamp) of the medical provider, and 3) a specific notation on the form stating that the student is "cleared to participate in sports" or "has no restrictions."

How to determine if your student has an up-to-date sports physical:

  • Login to EduTrakConnect. Click on the red soccer ball, then on "Manage Student", then on "Sports Physical Date."
  • Login to Parent Portal (Infinite Campus), click on "Athletics" tab. Locate date in the "Physical Date" box.
  • If you have difficulty in locating this information, please contact nicole.hancock@hopkinsschools.org

Sports Physicals may be submitted by email, FAX or in person. Please send your student's sports physical directly to the Activities Admin at their school.

How to Log in to Your Student's Account

We recommend that you use Firefox or Chrome as your web browser during registration.

We have already created a Student Account Profile for you. To get started, you'll need to create a parent account, which will be unique to you. Your login will be connected to your account, and nobody else will see the information. First, click the soccer ball (above). The next step is to connect your student(s) to your account using their Student ID# and date of birth.

Once you have logged in and connected to your student accounts, click the red soccer ball to access the registration site. Click the "register" link next to your student's name to see a list of items he/she is eligible for. Select the desired item and follow the steps through the registration and checkout process.

We have created "How To" documents that show you the steps to creating a new account, connecting to your students, and registering for a sport/activity:

Creating your parent account: Creating Parent User Account Login and Connecting to Student Accounts

Registering for a sport or activity: Registration Instructions.pdf

If you are having trouble creating your account, you can call 1.800.934.2621. For any other question, please contact the school using the phone numbers listed on the "Contact Us" page.
